We had a superb experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond,very polite nothing was too much trouble. An excellent relaxing houday & we will definitely return again.
We enjoyed our stay at Rixos The Palm immensely. From the moment we arrived very late in the evening, we were greeted by wonderful staff members who genuinely could not do enough for us. We were offered food and drinks even at such an unsociable hour, long after the bars and restaurants had closed. The hotel and grounds are kept immaculately and we were allocated a beautiful room with fantastic views over the palm. Food and drinks were all of the finest quality, served by friendly courteous staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have the best holiday experience. The pool areas and private beaches were again beautiful, with great facilities available for use. Our family especially liked the plentiful supply of ice cold water that is provided in cool boxes besides all seats and loungers, and the fresh fruit stand was a huge hit too… In the evenings we enjoyed the live entertainment set up in the sports bar area, and there was a fantastic atmosphere provided here especially during the Euro 24 football tournament matches. Staff members employed here deserve special praise for their attentive hard work providing fantastic drinks and plentiful snacks. Overall the hotel has provided our family with a truly memorable experience in Dubai on this most recent trip, and we are already looking to rebook again for later in the year
