Join award-winning Chef and Butcher Rob Levitt, legendary Chef Paul Kahan, Midwest farm partners, One Off’s Donnie Madia, and Pastry Chef Natalie Saben for a canapé reception, a five-course seasonal dinner, and wine pairing. Unique varietals will be served by winemaker Evan Martin from Oregon’s Martin Woods winery.
