Mission Statement

Park County Public Health, in partnership with the community we serve, protects the health and safety of the residents of Park County.

Public health has been caring for the health of communities for more than 100 years. In fact, it’s been credited with adding 25 years to the life expectancy of people living in the United States. Public Health accomplished this feat by starting programs on:

  • Control of infectious diseases like tuberculosis, typhoid, and cholera
  • Motor-vehicle safety
  • Safer work places
  • Vaccinations

Free Diaper Giveaway Program

Through the Park County Public Health Agency Diaper Giveaway program, each family is eligible for 50 Diapers and 1 boxes of wipes per child per month. 

Pickup is at Park County Public Health Agency offices during business hours Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 6 PM at 81 Main Street, Bailey and 825 Clark Street, Fairplay. 

Sizes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 3T/4T, 4T/5T. Please call 719-836-4154 to check availability!

This diaper distribution is through Colorado General Assembly Act SB21-027 for emergency supplies for Colorado Babies and Families.
