Each year, Indagare keeps a list of Paris restaurants that remain open in August (when most of the French capital closes for summer holiday). But in 2024, tradition is out the window, as Paris hosts the Summer Olympic and Paralympic games.
Here are nearly 40 of Indagare’s favorite Paris restaurants open in August 2024—at least partially. All of these restaurants are featured in Indagare’s editors’ picks list of Top Tables. Be sure to still call ahead for opening hours; many of the restaurants below are closed on Sunday and Monday.
