Sex & Nudity
-
- A couple is seen in bed. The girl wears a bra, the guy is naked (we can only see his upper body and part of his thigh since they are covered in blanket). They kiss passionately. Sex is implied.
- Since the central issue is sexual misconduct, there is some amount of sexual talk (including a few references to oral sex). Accusers recall their experience, a couple "talks dirty" to each other, and couples are seen in bed together, etc. Nothing overly graphic so far.
- Couples are seen kissing in a couple of episodes.
- After Bradley gets off the phone at the bar, she and a bartender are shown having sex (no nudity, but there is thrusting and sounds) for 10 seconds.
- Couple seen very close in bed. No nudity but sex implied and some kissing.
- A woman gets sexually assaulted. It's disturbing, but no nudity.

Profanity
-
- The F-word is used in almost every episode
- A woman tells a man to show her his "big f***ing balls". Other crude anatomical terms are used several times as well, such as d*ck and p**sy.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
-
- Wine and other liquors are shown and consumed frequently- a few characters are shown or hinted to have a drinking problem. Adderall is taken and there's an OD scene.
- In season 2, one character is shown smoking cigarettes quite frequently.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- There are some long pause moments to add to the intensity of some dialogues.
- A woman gets sexually assaulted, and discussion of sexual assault and power imbalance and manipulation in sexual relationships is brought up very frequently.
- The titular show-within-a-show covers some very upsetting topics, including the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting, 2018 California wildfires, COVID-19, and the January 6th U. S. insurrection.
Spoilers
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- One character struggles with substance abuse and is shown preparing to snort what is either cocaine or crushed Adderall.
- A woman fatally OD's. The event itself is not shown, but the aftermath is (namely, other characters discovering her corpse the following morning, with an empty prescription pill container and a bottle that clearly used to contain an alcoholic beverage visable nearby).
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One person fatally overdoses with pills (it's left ambiguous as to whether it was intentional or not) but the act isn't shown (her dead body, however, IS).
- A man loses control of his car and it's heavily implied he went over a cliff. Later it's revealed that he died from massive injuries sustained in the crash. No gore as his body is not shown.
