We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. I was told that your son was helping the movers and loading items on the truck. Movers are not liable for any damages if other people are helping. You did not provide any straps or tie down to secure your load so movers did the best with what they had. Movers are not responsible if any furniture shifts on moving truck during transport on labor only jobs with the customer providing the truck. You have to provide straps, tie downs or rope so that movers can secure the load properly. Hirehelper provides us with an arrival window and your time will start when movers arrive. You had a 9-10am arrival window and I reached out 30 minutes prior to let you know that movers will arrive at 9am and then you expressed that you were having difficulties with the rental truck. Your time started at 9am and movers were already in route when the customer stated that she was having issues with the rental truck. Movers arrived at 9am on time and the customer did not show up until 10am. These are rules and policies strictly from hirehelper and this information is available once you book services. There was minor damage to the couch due to a narrow entryway and the customer brought it to my attention and understood the circumstances so it wasn't a issue at that moment.
