Charged for 3 hours. 2days earlier I asked to change the time to an hour earlier for starting. I was assured that that was no problem and the change was confirmed But they showed up an hour late and said no one told them it was earlier I had to leave at the time agreed for the change. So they worked two hours and left. The bill charged for 3 hours. I paid for 12 pads and they brought none. The coordinator should have called me if there was a problem. Now I have $1,500. More expenses and the move is not completed. Do not believe what they say

Would not use these guys ever again! Speedy is a part of their name only, although I have to add that packing a POD well is like playing a game of Tetrus, and it takes a while. While the team under the leader were hard working, moved quickly through their tasks, and were very polite, the team leader was very unprofessional. Team leader, Prentice, had a negative attitude from the moment I opened the door. He sent me on a wild goose chase to buy a specific type of rope for the tie downs, but tied NOTHING down. He argued with my husband when we insisted he tie the last items. On the backend, the POD doors were jammed with items that had fallen forward, of course, denting the doors, and making it impossible to open the doors. It was the hard work of the PODS delivery guy that enabled us to access our items. We discovered at least 9 items (small and 2 pieces of furniture) broken due to the way items were stacked or crammed into place. In addition, Speedy Loaders showed up 6 hours late. In attempting to track them down via the office number, I found Prentice's wife to be equally unprofessional. When I spoke directly with Prentice regarding the delay, he snapped at me and disconnected the call. Rather than apologize to me for being late, leaving me hanging and assuming I was on my own, snapping at me, or disconnecting the call, Prentice attempted to manipulate me into apologizing to him! He made this aspect of the moving experience far too stressful!

Amazing crew. The guys arrived 10 minutes early. They were very careful in the unloading process and were very careful in loading the furniture into our new house. They even assisted in documenting damaged items from the loading and move. Friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

In the world of movers, these guys are the wizards. After measuring all my stuff, I reserved two trailers thinking I would use 1.5 trailers and they were able to fit everything in one trailer. It's been two weeks and I am still trying to figure out how they did it. They were amazing!! Also they were very punctual, nice to work with and very careful with our things and our house. I highly recommend Speed Loaders. This was our first time hiring movers and we were very impressed.

Guys were amazing. Wish I had them on the other end of my move. Called ahead to give me time to prep, were on time and got straight to work. Finished right on time and were hard-working and very respectful of our property and time.

Although they were prompt (arrived 15 minutes early), they:
• broke my dining table beyond repair
• disassembled my bike and furniture without my permission
• did not pack the POD efficiently
As far as my table is concerned, the mover suggested that I contact their coordinator to file a claim. However, the way insurance works is the MOVER should be insured and should reimburse the customer. They are the ones who need to file a claim, not me. Unfortunately, the coordinator has not returned my calls.
I would not use them again.

We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

We enjoy interacting with our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
