Upthegrove and her husband live in the 600 block of Cleveland Street. Wednesday, police charged the husband, 52-year-old Timothy Upthegrove, with obstructing the investigation into his wife's disappearance. He was found at the Days Inn on Cheney Highway with his wife's pickup.

According to FLORIDA TODAY's news partner News 6, crews spent Saturday afternoon searching near the Days Inn.

Timothy Upthegrove told an officer he last saw his wife when she left their home Monday morning, according to an arrest report. Timothy said Tuesday afternoon he found her truck, a white Isuzu Rodeo, abandoned in front of the Sav-A-Lot on Cheney, just behind the couple's house.

Then, later in the interview with the officer, the husband changed his story. Police said Upthegrove told them his wife "threw the keys" to her truck at him Monday morning.

Saturday, Timothy Upthegrove remained at the Brevard County Detention Center in Sharpes in lieu of $1,500 bail.
