Welcome to Delta County Public Health. It is my honor and privilege to serve you, the residents, of Delta County.
Delta County Health Department is a public health department responsible for providing health and environmental services that protect the health and well-being of over 30,000 people that call Delta County their home. Public Health provides clinical services such as infant, child & adult immunizations; reproductive sexual health services; maternal, child & family health; and Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program. Environmental Health Division works and to ensure safe food, water, waste disposal, and vector borne disease reduction controls for the residents of Delta County.
The Department employs diverse public health and environmental staff including bilingual staff members to assist our mono-lingual Spanish clients. The mission of Delta County Health Department is to optimize and protect the health and well-being of all Delta County residents and support the achievement of better health outcomes for all.
