I Feel This Way Sometimes, Too
— SIMPLICIUS Ѱ (@simpatico771) July 25, 2024
Makes it hard to summon up a lot of enthusiasm for my writing. At times it feels as if I’m trying to talk to people living in a different universe. Or a different reality entirely.
More a Red Flag, Actually
New school safety system launches in Texas | Texas | thecentersquare.com
Scott previously served as assistant special agent in charge for the U.S. Secret Service Dallas/North Texas District. He’s been the single point of contact for coordinating school safety and security efforts statewide, working with the Texas School Safety Center, the Department of Public Safety, the Health and Human Services Commission, the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, the Higher Education Coordinating Board, the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium, and the Advance Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training Center, school districts, and other entities.
That is suddenly no longer nearly as reassuring as those who appointed him might have hoped. The most effective strategy would be to have armed teachers and administrators in every school. Unfortunately, even in Texas, I suspect most educators are terrified of firearms, even in their own hands.
Especially in their own hands.
But That Applies to Most of the Deep Intel State
Josh Hawley Believes the Secret Service Needs to Be Totally Overhauled
I think it needs to be disbanded, most of its current duties parceled out to other agencies, and a new agency devoted solely to the protection of designated dignitaries created from the ground up.
No, Not a Great Day
Strand was originally sentenced to 32 months of incarceration. He endured a horrific and grueling year-long prison term for four misdemeanor charges that were wielded against him.
In total, John was charged with five counts for being present at the Capitol on January 6, a single felony and four misdemeanors. He was convicted by a Washington D.C. jury (of mostly black Democrat ham sandwiches) in September 2022.
His release is not a great day for justice. It is a marker of just how shameful and shameless our corrupt injustice system has become.
Send In the Tiny Fat Clowns
This is an utter security failure.
You don’t say.
Oh, by the way, who is responsible for Netanyahu’s security while he is in Washington, D.C.?
What’s that you say?
The Secret Service currently protects 36 individuals on a daily basis, as well as world leaders who visit the United States, like Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who arrived in Washington today.
He probably drew the gang of frightened fat female midgets, since Trump won’t have any of them near him now.
New Photo of Trump Assassin AR-15 Rifle
I just came across what is so far the best picture of Thomas Crooks’ AR-15 I have yet been able to find, taken from a video put out by Senator Chuck Grassley’s office: https://rumble.com/v586qy3-breaking-senator-chuck-grassley-obtains-bodycam-footage-from-day-of-the-ass.html
I ran it through an online AI image enhancer to clean it up as best I could, and this is the result. Comments welcome.
You So Predictable
Since it was a government agency supervised by a Democrat President via his own appointee (Cheatle didn’t have to be confirmed by the Senate – not that she wouldn’t have been if necessary, of course), that failed so abjectly in protecting President Donald Trump at his Butler, PA rally, it’s no surprise that the Democrats of every stripe would be desperate to distract from this appalling fact, and they didn’t disappoint.
Starting with ranking member Raskin, and then just about every other Democrat who spoke during the hearing that Director Cheatle mostly stonewalled on any matter of substance, in a single voice they all chanted, essentially, “AR-15! AR-15! AR-15!” as if that innocuous weapon was the only reason Trump was nearly murdered on that day.
Have to give them credit, though. Unlike Republicans, Democrats never take their eyes off their goals, and never stop trying to move toward achieving them, in this case, banning “assault rifles,” in particular the most popular and widely owned rifle in the United States.
The would-be assassin used an AR-style rifle, taking eight shots at Trump, with one bullet piercing the top of his right ear.
Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) barely mentioned the shooter during his opening statement. In contrast, Raskin said “AR-15” nearly a dozen times and said mass shootings with AR-15s are the issue at hand.
We know what the “issue at hand” is for them: Never letting a good crisis go to waste, and using this crisis to advance their crusade to disarm the American people. Except, of course, for their own insurrectionist militias like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and Hamas student proxies.

…about Trump’s post-assassination personal security team?
Trump has a new all-male Secret Service detail.
Can’t say I blame him after female Secret Service agents tried to use HIM as a shield during Saturday’s assassination attempt. pic.twitter.com/MzWPicTupI

The Fall of England Begins

Here’s the thing. Either the English authorities are going to have to start gunning down immigrants in the streets, or they are going to be slaughtered themselves.
Stark choice for them.

Schumer Says “Best For Biden To Drop Out Of Race” As President Tests Positive For COVID | ZeroHedge
Just hours after President Biden mentioned in an interview that he would consider dropping out of the presidential race if diagnosed with a “medical condition,” the elderly president tested positive for Covid-19 this afternoon.
UnidosUS president Janet Murguía informed the audience at the organization’s national conference in Vegas about Biden’s diagnosis.
I suspect that Biden has the worst survival prognosis in the history of Covid. Just a guess.
Call it a terminal case of Covid Coup.

Vermont sounds like a scene out of Mad Max when described by the anti-gun lobby, but the state’s residents would probably laugh at the characterization. Vermont was the safest state in the nation in 2016, 2017, and 2018, second safest in 2019 and 2020, and the safest in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
While I’m quite sure that Vermont’s support of Second Amendment guaranteed liberties is a factor in its status as a mecca for public safety, I’m also fairly certain that such is not the most important factor. This is:
Vermont Population by Race & Ethnicity – 2023 | Neilsberg
Racial distribution of Vermont population: 92.93% are White, 1.27% are Black or African American, 0.24% are American Indian and Alaska Native, 1.68% are Asian, 0.03% are Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander, 0.49% are some other race and 3.37% are multiracial.
