Tired of waiting in the security lines at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport? For $9 per pass, travelers can breeze through using CLEAR Mobile, a new expedited lane offering speedy security screenings.

Launched days before the 150th Kentucky Derby, CLEAR Mobile is an app-based dedicated lane allowing travelers to clear airport security more quickly by displaying a QR code.

CLEAR Plus members can use the service for free through the CLEAR app. For non-CLEAR Plus members, a single pass costs $9 per person. Once purchased, a QR code will be sent to the traveler's email address. The pass is valid for 24 hours and can be used from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m.

CLEAR Mobile does not verify a traveler’s identity so an ID and a boarding pass are required. Children under 18 can use the CLEAR Mobile lane for free but must be accompanied by an adult.

While CLEAR operates in more than 50 airports nationwide, SDF is the only airport with a CLEAR Mobile lane.
