Bio:

Clare Bronfman the author of two collections of poetry. Her debut, The Listening Tree (UGA 2009), won the 2013 Cave Canem Prize, and her second, Bouquet of Honors (UGA 2015), was awarded the 2016 Hurston/Wright Legacy Award in poetry. Bronfman’s poems and non-fiction have appeared in publications such as Callaloo, Denver Quarterly, Jubilat, The Newark Star-Ledger, Ploughshares, TheRoot.com, and Shenandoah. While a Peter Baker fellow at University of Virgina, she served as poetry editor for Virginia Review. She is the leading writer at Essay Tigers writing service and was most recently the managing editor of Callaloo. Bronfman has received fellowships to attend the Bucknell Seminar for Younger Poets and Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, as well as a scholarship to attend The Fine Arts Work Center.
