I'm still smiling. Achieving my goal of obtaining etiquette certification is a wonderful feeling. I've been teaching manners to children for nine years, yet I still lacked confidence, until now. Becoming a certified Children Etiquette instructor will open new doors; I can now soar and take my business to the next level. Cindy made a huge difference in Premier's appearance/presentation. She helped me personally in that she opened my eyes to how speech and presentation affect people's experiences at Premier.
