My family and I have been getting all of our vehicles
repaired by bill for nearly ten years. He is an upstanding
guy he, if he breaks something he will repair it, and he
diagnoses things before he replaces parts instead of
replacing parts hoping that it fixes the problem. At night
he puts all of the cars inside his shop so they don't get
stolen or vandalized. He is a honest man that runs a tight
shop and you won't be disappointed.

Bill and Sam have always been honest and up front with the
repairs that need to be done. I have never had any
surprises when I picked up any of my vehicles. It has
always been done when I was promised. If it was brought in
for work and some of the things I wanted done were not
needed as of yet I was called adn told I could wait. It is
then left up to me if I wanted the work done now.

It has always been a pleasure dealing with Bill & Sam. I
have been a customer since Bill's shop on 270 20 years ago.
Since being affiliated with AAA, I get a parts discount too
which is even better.
You cannot find a more honest shop to have your car
repaired or to buy tires. Bill & Sam stand behind their
work 150%. You never have to worry dealing with Beachside
Tire & Auto. Honesty, dependablity, and the best work and
reasonable prices on and around Hilton Head! Don't forget
to say hello to Gunnar when you visit Beachside Tire &
Auto. It's a nice clean atmosphere. Love the loaner car!

My family have been taking our cars to the mechanic who owns Beachside for years, even when he worked for another meachanic before starting his own shop. He does excellent work and is very thorough in his diagnoses and repairs. Instead of replacing parts his staff tests theories and if they incorrectly diagnose the problem, which has only happened once, they did not charge us for the repair. In addition to their excellent mechanical practices they are very timely in repairing vehicles even though they are usually quite busy. They are not the cheapest shop, but we have gotten excellent service and have NEVER had a car break down on us. Much of this is due to the knowledge of their staff and comprehensive assessments of our vehicles every time we take them in. They have fixed small problems without saying a word or charging a dime. I HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone looking for a garage to take good care of their vehicle's.
