Carers Oxfordshire is a free service that offers information,
advice and support to unpaid adult carers of someone living in Oxfordshire.

If you are 18 or older and another adult, child or both, relies on you for help to do everyday things, support is available for you.

The support we provide is personalised, enabling you to identify your own needs and make choices about how and when you are supported.
We know that your health and wellbeing are important, so whatever your situation, we want to make caring easier for you.

Please note, we do not support paid care workers or those who are volunteering.

Are you looking to make a difference?

We are searching for new trustees to join us and strengthen the Trustee Board of Action for Carers Oxfordshire, (AfCO).

Caring is such an important part of life, no matter what race, religion or society. Caring will affect us all at some point, be that for a family member, friend or neighbour.

We want to ensure we represent all unpaid adult carers in Oxfordshire by bringing in diverse views, so we are looking for trustees who share our commitment and passion to make a difference to carers’ lives.

For more information please see our Trustee Recruitment Pack and to register your interest, please email Vicky Steaman at vickysteaman@carersoxfordshire.org.uk

99% of carers said our support helped them in their caring role.

10,000 are supported through receiving Care Matters magazine.

If someone relies on you,
you can rely on us.
