We offer a range of services and at the heart of all of them is you. Our job is to work with you to tailor our knowledge and skills to make your visit a memorable one. We work with solo travellers, families, groups of friends, tour groups, journalists, film makers, universities and all.

The Blue Badge
I am delighted to say that I became a fully accredited Blue Badge Tour Guide for Yorkshire in June 2015.
The Blue Badge means that I have been assessed by the Institute of Tourist Guides and successfully completed their exams which has allowed me membership of both the Institute and the Guild of British Tourist Guides. This provides me with my insurance and your reassurance that I am supported in my work by a professional network.

I can’t recommend Johnnie enough. I had been put in contact with Johnnie to give my family of four (myself, husband, and two adult daughters) a full day, private tour of Yorkshire. He was extremely accommodating to our wishes for the day. Johnnie met us at our B&B in the morning to pick us up. We started with a magnificent tour of Rievaulx Abbey. Johnnie kept us engaged in conversation and explained the different aspects of the Abbey so it could be brought to life for us. The Abbey itself was incredibly beautiful. We then proceeded to Haworth, where the Bronte sisters lived.
Johnnie is an expert on the Bronte sisters. He was very engaging, and an incredible story teller that brought the sisters’ lives and their family to life for us! We learned so much. He was very accommodating to us with whatever we wished. We had a wonderful day and tour with him, and we highly recommend Johnnie for a tour of Yorkshire.
