The 10 foot cord worked great for about a week... After the I would get the good old iPhone message telling me that the cord wasn't certified and might not work correctly.... Which means not at all so yeah thanks for that... Also took a really long time to receive my cords.

These cords worked great for about 10 uses if that. Not one out of the pack I bought works anymore. I keep good care of my cords, I do not stress them or bend them so that they crease. When taking them with me I always wrap them in in a loose circle and secure it with a velcro tie. One In particular, I've never even wrapped up, it's stayed straight the entire time it was in use and the suddenly one day it just didn't work anymore. I'm very disappointed in these cords. I thought they would be long lasting. They feel like they are strong due to the braided outside and I loved having a variety of lengths to choose from, but over all this was a huge waste of money. I'm typing this with 7 percent battery and no cord to charge my device.

These cables (yes, you get 2) are much better quality than the proprietary versions. I just spent $25 for the official cable and it has already started to break where the plug meets the cord after just 3 weeks. These cords are heavy duty and durable. They may break if you drop the iPad or iPhone on its end while plugged in. That happened with one of these that was gifted to me but I noticed that in every way it outlasts all of the proprietary mfgr cords. Getting 2 LONG cords is a crazy bargain. I bought 2 pkgs and am so pleased with the quality. I don't expect these will ever wear out or break- unless I drop it just the wrong way. Buy with confidence - these are made to last. They charge much faster too!

Works extremely well with my iPhone 6s and both my wife and I love the long cord length. Unfortunately - even through it says differently on the description - it does not work with my daughter's iPhone 5. Will not charge her phone at all. Error message comes up when first plugging this cord into her phone that says the the cord "is not certified and may or may not work with this phone". After multiple attempts and multiple ac adapters, it does not work with iPhone 5.

I received these chargers on April 3 and they both no longer work after a month (I'm writing this May 2). They SEEM sturdy and well made, but internally there must be something wrong because they are still in good condition with no wear on the cord, however they do not charge any longer. Can't seem to find the cause other than just being made out of cheap wire and parts. My phone doesn't even recognize there's a cord plugged in, and nor does my roommate's phone, so it's definitely the charger.

The cables seem good quality. I use them for my car, the normal Apple cables tend to break and start to fray after a couple months. My problem with this cable is that it charges my iPhone 6 plus VERY SLOWLY. I'd had another 10 foot cable that I had purchased at an Apple store and it was great for topping off my phone in the car. With this cable, during a 20 minute car ride I am lucky to gain 10% of my battery life back. My other cable would give me 25-30% in that same time. We noticed the same thing with the 6 foot cable.

If you want this to charge your phone overnight and be able to reach the bed, it's probably great. If you are looking for a cable that will give you a quick top up in the car or at work, this is not that cable.

Ordered these cables because I live in an older apartment where outlets are few and far between. The 10 foot cable is clutch, as it reaches almost any seat in the living room. This also comes in handy when friends are over, that way don't have to remain huddled next to the wall. I use the 6 foot cable in my car (and bring it with me on car rides). They also feel more durable than your standard cable. I have a good feeling that these will also last much longer because the cord does not bend at harsh angles near the ends which is the prime reason the standard cables break down. Well worth the investment.

Both of the these cables have FAILED after just two weeks. The cables look fine, but I should have known something was amiss when I started getting the "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably.." error message on my iPhone 6S. They worked for a week or so, then started getting the error messages randomly. Then, had to specifically unplug the USB end from the Apple square charger and plug it back in. Lastly, they both have stopped working. I really like that appearance and design, but when they FAIL, time to go back for a refund.
