UPDATE 6/2016: I'm six months in and still love this TV! The issue noted with the YouTube app has disappeared and I have not had any problems with the TV at all. Still very pleased.

I purchased this TV about six weeks ago. This is a GREAT deal for 4K and has even gone down another $50 since I purchased it. The first one arrived damaged with a big crack in the screen, but Amazon replaced it quickly without any hassle. I was very impressed with the ease of that process. I had the new one within two days and the UPS man just took the broken one with him when he delivered the new one.
APPS:
All the usual suspects are here: Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc. So far, my only complaint is the YouTube app, which just crashes spontaneously and is sometimes really slow. I haven't had any issues with Netflix or Amazon though. It's kind of annoying, but I have a Roku as a backup for YouTube if I need it. Hopefully they'll fix this issue soon.
PICTURE:
The picture is spectacular. Even some broadcast cable movies look amazingly crisp. You will likely have to play with the settings a bit for the best possible picture though. I would suggest turning the "motionplus" settings off. When they're on, I find that there is a jumpiness to the screen that is quite annoying, especially on BluRays. At first, I was worried that I'd have to return it, but I kept adjusting settings until I got to a place I was happy with.
SOUND:
Like most TVs, the internal speakers are average at best. If you want decent sound, you're better off investing in a sound bar. I was able to attach my old sound bar to this set and the sound is great, but the options for output are limited. You may need to buy a special cable if your sound bar has the RGB-in connections on it. This TV DOES NOT have RGB outputs for sound. The only options for sound output are an optical connection or the mini-headphone jack. They do sell cables that go from mini-jack (tv out) to RGB (sound bar in) for a few dollars. Luckily, I had one in my cable graveyard that I could re-purpose. :)
SPECIAL FEATURES:
I was able to connect a wireless keyboard/mouse to this TV by just plugging in the USB fob. It worked immediately. The range is a little tricky because the fob is on the back of the set, but if you're fairly close, it works beautifully. The TV has a native web browser that looks and works a lot like Google Chrome.
I've also used Bluetooth to project my computer screen to the set, but while it's nice to have this option, I didn't have any luck playing video while projecting my screen via Bluetooth. It was very slow. If you're doing simple browsing or just projecting your screen for a larger display though, this feature is pretty easy to use.
OVERALL:
I'm very pleased so far and am super excited to see some real 4K content come out so I can see what this TV is capable of. Even without true 4K though, the image quality is noticeably better than 1080p. My only complaint so far is the YouTube app in the SmartHub.
