24.18oz of Vanilla Beans
Came in the post pretty quick. This is my first time buying vanilla beans. It smells great though the pack. If you are buying this for Vanilla Extract the FDA requires 3oz of vanilla beans to 750mL of 70 proof alcohol. This package doesn't specify its weight so I thought I'd take the initiative and include it.

These vanilla beans are not only much cheaper, but much better quality than what I can buy at the store. The beans are the store are dried out so when I try to scrape the vanilla beans out of the pod, the pod breaks into pieces and I end up with a lot of the pod in the dessert as well. These beans are moist, aromatic, and flavorful and super easy to cut open and scrape without getting a lot of pod pieces. I can also use the pod to infuse into my vanilla pastry cream in the center of my Creme brûlée French macarons since they are moist enough not to fall apart in the cream while they sit.
I highly recommend these vanilla beans. I used them in the French macaron shells, French vanilla buttercream, and vanilla pastry cream. 10/10 will buy again.
