This little kit comes with all the little things you might need for basic medical intervention in the first several months with your baby. The Tylenol and nasal aspirator are a necessity for all parents. The gripe water and simethicone are not necessarily needed, I never went out of my way to buy it for my baby, but I probably would have tried it at some point if someone had given it to me in a kit. Definitely a smart buy for a baby shower since it's one those things that can get missed/forgotten. Would recommend.
