I had listened to this book as an audiobook, liked the content very much. So, I decided to get it to be able to make my remarks, highlights and notes on it.
I start my reading habit by setting a goal “READ EVERYDAY, even 1 pages per day” with this book on my phone. I have Kindle device but I know that it takes time for me to open the paper book ( I am addicted to social media, haha), so I make use of the available of the book on my kindle app installed on my iPhone which is so convenient, easy to access ( like the rules the author mentioned on this book) Instead of surfing on fb or the internet, i told myself to open the Kindle app and make the task done ( on busy days, i could be 1-2 pages, but gradually, I open the app more frequently than SNS app and spend my time reading). I started this book last year, read for a while then forget. I always prefer paper book than app but now I understand the reason why my reading habit was not established yet. Finished this book within 1 week is a good example to tell how this book has changed me into the better.
Highly recommend for people who desire a version of better self, even 1% better each day like me!
