I'm an operator. I have scaled 3 Unicorns (Uber, Doordash, Assurance IQ), built teams from 0 to 100+, launched dozens of markets, and been the first operator and the COO.
I'm a startup leader. I've managed dozens of teams, been in the board meetings, and even raised 10's of millions of dollars. But most uniquely, I've sat next to more founders and CEOs than most will ever know and I've seen the successes and failures along the way.
I'm a people developer. Finding amazing people and developing high-impact leaders is my proudest accomplishment. Some of my people scaled these Unicorns and have gone on to become CxO's and founders themselves.
I'm a coach. Today, I'm a certified coach and my passion is helping founders, founding teams, and high-impact operators scale themselves. Scaling yourself alongside your company is one of the most demanding and loneliest challenges there is, I'm here to help.
