Emerson Poll: Trump Leads VP Harris, Other Potential Biden Replacements

Tue, Jul 9, 2024 at 2:07 pm
Donald Trump leads Vice President Kamala Harris by SIX points in a new Emerson College poll that pits the former president against likely rivals in the 2024 election.  49% of respondents say they would vote for Trump compared to 43% for Harries if the two squared off in November. In that scenario EIGHT percent remained undecided. In a hypothetical matchup with Joe Biden trump gets 46%, Biden 43, with with 11% undecided. Respondents also say they would select Trump over Democrats Bernie Sanders-by SIX points-, Hillary Clinton-by SEVEN, and California Governor Gavin Newsom by EIGHT.

Biden campaign provided Black radio hosts with interview questions

Mon, Jul 8, 2024 at 8:53 am

The Biden campaign sent approved questions to two radio hosts who interviewed the president after his awful debate performance. Last week, Joe Biden was interviewed on two Black radio shows in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. It was part of the campaign’s effort to show that the president could answer questions and discuss his record. Over the weekend, Wisconsin host Earl Ingram said the Biden team gave him four questions in advance. Philadelphia radio host Andrea Lawful-Sanders received a list of eight predetermined questions from the campaign and used four of them. She has since lost her job.

An Idaho city passes a controversial hate crime law

VERBATIM:  The new statute in Coeur d’Alene would punish anyone who “creates a public nuisance” or engages in disorderly conduct while protesting anything having to do with the LGBT agenda.  Free speech advocates are concerned about how broadly the measure is written and its punishment of a misdemeanor, a fine and assignment to mandatory diversity classes.  Violators will also lose city licenses and permits for three years.  Michael Harrington, SRN News.
