On Thursday evenings, join us at one of Toronto’s loveliest parks: beautiful Corktown Common is nestled between the Distillery and the Don, with an unbeatable view of Toronto’s skyline. TOPS’ 2024 “On the Job” programme will explore the people and places that centre our workdays (or nights), from the courtroom (Legally Blonde), to scientific field work along volcano craters (Fire of Love), to a meticulously planned heist (Inside Man), to the night shift spent with a crew of misfit workers (Chungking Express). As always, attendees are treated to excellent short films by local and Canadian filmmakers paired with each feature.
