These 2 semis have both been for sale for a while now.
Each house has 4 units and they were each listed in September for $1,389,000.
But they sat and sat.
I swear there was a price drop a month or so ago but I can't find it but there was definitely a drop at the end of March....
To $999,999.
It just sold for $1,265,000.
Sure, according to the listing, if all units are rented, they bring in $5,375/month but this is a lot for a not so huge semi that needs work.
It does have parking for 2 cars though!
But seriously, what is going on with this neighbourhood all of a sudden?
