The Phoenix Suns star has signed on with sports drink company Prime as an ambassador for their brand.

Prime is one of the fastest growing brands in the world, and they have compiled an impressive roster of athletes to represent them.

Aaron Judge, Tyreek Hill, and Israel Adesanya are among the biggest names who rep the brand.

Other stars across football, baseball, soccer, and other sports are on the roster as well.

Durant shared his excitement about joining the brand in a statement.

"What the PRIME team has built in such a short time is incredible, and I’m as excited about the growth of their business as I am about the product," he said.

"I’m looking forward to working together."

Prime cofounders Logan Paul and KSI shared their excitement as well in a joint statement.

"To sum up why we’ve chosen KD as our latest PRIME Athlete, just take a look at his stats," they said.

"It’s clear why fans deem him one of the greatest basketball players in the game.

‘Summer league doesn’t matter,’ declares Undisputed star Rachel Nichols after Bronny James’ injury scare

"In addition to his impressive on court abilities, KD is an exceptional role model for young athletes.

"We’re incredibly happy to welcome KD to the PRIME team!"

Fans loved the new partnership and shared their excitement on social media.

"Keep winning bro. This dope," one fan said.

"Ok but like this is tuff," another fan said.

What the new TV deal means for the NBA?

By The U.S. Sun's Assistant Sports Editor Damian Burchardt.

THE new TV rights deal is promising to be a humongous win for NBA players.

The league is set to more than double the revenue coming from its media partners, pocketing about $6.9 billion per year, which will inevitably lead to a huge salary cap spike in 2025-26.

That is going to send the value of player contracts skyrocketing.

Projected figures suggest we might see the first $100 million-per-year deal being signed soon.

Currently, Boston Celtics All-Star Jayson Tatum is projected to earn the highest single-season salary in NBA history, collecting $71.5 million in 2029-30.

It does feel like basketball fans would be on the losing side of the fight if the NBA and TNT indeed parted ways, though.

Inside the NBA is a one-of-a-kind sports entertainment show, as evidenced by ESPN's ongoing failure to come up with its own version of the program in recent years.

The NBA won't be the same without Kenny and Ernie trying to make sense of Shaq and Chuck's never-ending bickering every Tuesday night.

"WHERE DO I GET THIS BOTTLE?!?!?!?!" a third fan said.

Prime was founded in 2022 and already did over $1 billion in sales by 2023.

Their partnerships are a major reason why they have grown so quickly in the US and across the world.

The biggest athlete working with Prime is likely Patrick Mahomes, who signed with the brand in 2023.

"Prime is a disruptive brand that has taken over the beverage industry since it first launched," Mahomes said when he signed.

"Our partnership is a winning play, merging innovation and excellence, setting a new standard both on and off the field."
