SPSP is committed to making its annual convention accessible for all attendees. If you require an accessibility accommodation, please contact the SPSP Meeting Staff in advance with your request via email at [email protected]. Requests must be received by February 3, 2025.
Attendees who do not make advance arrangements for services or equipment can inquire onsite at the registration counters. Every reasonable effort will be made to assist attendees onsite however, SPSP may not be able to provide all services or equipment due to availability or the time required to obtain them.

Denver Airport Train & Light Rail
At a cost of $10 each way, travelers can use the A Line to get from the airport to downtown Denver and vice versa, courtesy of the Regional Transportation District (RTD), metro Denver's public transit provider. Learn more about the Denver Airport Rail.

All-Gender Restrooms
The Denver Colorado Convention Center has designated all-gender restroom facilities available on the meeting room level/street level. These restroom facilities are available for all use by all persons, regardless of their gender identity. The facilities will be marked with door signage.
Quiet Room
Quiet rooms are designated for use by attendees requiring a respite from meeting activities. The quiet rooms are not available for conversations or meetings. The quiet room is located behind guest services on the meeting room level at the A lobby entrance to the convention center. You will need to check in with guest services to reserve your space.
Nursing Room
Nursing rooms are designated for use by attendees requiring a private space for lactation needs. The lactation rooms are not available for conversations or meetings. The lactation room is located behind guest services on the meeting room level at the A lobby entrance to the convention center. You will need to check in with guest services to reserve your space.
Closed Captioning Sessions
The plenary sessions during the convention will be closed-captioned for our onsite attendees.
Accessible Seating
Chairs will be removed from the front row seating for mobility assistive devices. Attendees are welcome to move, sit, and stand as necessary during sessions.
