Aquest article t� com a objectiu presentar el jaciment del Tossal de Baltarga (Bellver de
Cerdanya, Lleida), un assentament situat en un tur� controlant els accessos a la vall de la

The objective of this paper is to present the site of Tossal de Baltarga (Bellver de Cerdanya,
Lleida), a settlement spanning the 4th to the 1st century BC perched in a hill controlling the
accesses to the Cerdanya Valley. The site's main function was to monitor and control the
territory and its resources. The site's historical evolution offers a good example in the
