In this article, we present comments on the five NeuroRights proposed by the NeuroRights
Initiative. This analysis seeks to offer some critical views regarding challenges in free will,
enhancement, identity, algorithmic bias, and privacy. Our paper focuses on some
conceptual, practical, ethical and logical problems that need to be consider in order to

This analysis seeks to offer some critical views regarding challenges in free will, enhancement, identity, algorithmic bias, and privacy. Our paper focuses on some conceptual, practical, ethical and logical problems that need to be consider in order to determine whether those NeuroRights should become a global policy. We believe that, although they constitute an innovative proposal from neuroethics and neurolaw, it is possible to glimpse some concerns that cast doubt on the convenience of incorporating them.
