Chelsea Handler is dating — and ‘in love’ with — comedian Jo Koy

She’s in love and doesn’t care who knows it.

Chelsea Handler gushed in a new Instagram post that she’s “finally in love” — and Page Six can exclusively confirm that the new man in her life is fellow comedian Jo Koy.

“Just sitting here in Mallorca thinking about how grateful I am to have so many people that I love in my life, to live the life I do and to be going on tour doing what I love,” Handler, 46, captioned a pensive photo of herself Monday.

She added, “And that I’m finally in love, with the best kind of guy there is. There is hope for everyone! That kind of stuff.”

A source confirmed to Page Six that Handler, 46, and Koy, 50, have been dating after they were spotted looking cozy at a Los Angeles Dodgers game on Aug. 31.

Reps for Handler and Koy didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

Plenty of Handler’s A-list pals took to the comments section of her latest post to express how happy they were for her and her new beau.

“So happy to hear this, you big beautiful bitch❤️,” joked Kate Beckinsale.

“So happy for you!” Paris Hilton echoed.

“Happy you���re happy,” added Katie Couric.

The new couple, who have been pals for years, seemingly wanted to keep their relationship on the down-low at first, as Koy tried to tell “TMZ Live” in September that he and Handler were just “great friends.”

Koy was previously married to singer Angie King, while Handler has a string of well-known exes, including rapper 50 Cent and hotelier André Balazs.
