Oscar-nominated “La La Land” is a love-it-or-hate-it movie, and Tony Danza is firmly in the haters camp.
“I watched it twice because I thought I missed something,” Danza, who’s doing a one-man show at 54 Below, said on 95.5 PLJ’s “Todd & Jayde in the Morning” Thursday.
“It’s hard, growing up with Gene Kelly and Donald O’Connor and Fred Astaire, it’s pretty hard to go and watch . . . I think Ryan Gosling’s fine. He’s not a tap dancer.”
Ouch.
