Sophie Okonedo was spotted working out Tuesday at Equinox in the West Village. And spies have told us that her “The Crucible” co-star Ben Whishaw has been regularly pumping iron at nearby gym David Barton before the play opens March 31.
“I guess it’s all about getting fit to fight witches in the show,” laughed an insider.
Whishaw also stars with Daniel Craig in the 007 franchise, but rarely gets to flex his muscles as gadget guru Q.
“The Crucible” also stars Saoirse Ronan. No word on where she’s been working out.
