LuAnn de Lesseps got into the act at Café Carlyle on Tommy Tune’s opening night Tuesday.
De Lesseps, in white, was “dancing, singing, even jumping from her seat to waltz with Tune and kiss him,” a spy said.
But another sniffed, “She was in full ‘Housewife’ mode, singing along — badly — going onstage. She yelled ‘Encore!’ before he was done with his finale. It turned into an unintentional double act. Tommy was a pro.”
Said Tune: “LuAnn looked ravishing . . . I was delighted she found the experience so intoxicating!” De Lesseps’ rep explained that she and Tune are pals, and “she loved the show so much and did get into it because she was in the front row.”
Tune’s taking the place of Chita Rivera, who canceled her run.
