An inflatable raft is a priority whenever EDM guru Steve Aoki hits the road for a show, according to his rider.
The electro-house musician’s rider reveals, without explanation, that he requires an inflatable raft big enough to hold three people. He also needs a double-stacked inflatable mattress, six full-sized bath towels for the stage, four Champagne bottles and 24 bottles of water.
But Aoki’s penchant for baked goods is the most significant.
His rider specifically states that he needs six “18-by-24” vanilla-frosted sheet cakes that must be soft with icing that reads “DIM MAK” — the name of the LA-based record label he founded. But no frozen or ice cream cakes allowed.
