The "Mingyang Tiancheng" features a Y-shaped floating foundation with a futuristic and aesthetically appealing design consisting of spherical floaters, towers, and turbines. This innovative platform is set to advance offshore wind power development from nearshore to deep-sea areas, offering a solution to achieve carbon neutrality goals.

Utilizing ultra-high-performance concrete for its floating foundation, this platform marks the first instance where concrete strength is on par with steel structures, making it suitable for deep-sea installations. Floating wind power platforms are poised to become mainstream, propelling the offshore wind power industry into a new era of growth.

China, boasting abundant wind resources and cost advantages in offshore wind power, has established over 160 offshore wind farms with a total capacity exceeding 39 million kilowatts.

CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding, located in Nansha, Guangzhou, stands as a leading enterprise in the offshore wind power sector with robust production capabilities. As technology advances, the cost of offshore wind power is expected to decrease, providing green energy support for the new energy industry.
