A strong community is an engaged community.

Mustangs grow and give. Behind all the moments of inquiry, innovation, and impact in each student’s learning journey at Mount Vernon lies the generosity of those who give.

Like most independent schools, tuition covers the foundational in-class experience but does not cover the total cost of educating our students, so additional financial support from all members of the Mount Vernon community is essential for a truly enriching student experience.

For Today: MVFund

The Mount Vernon Fund (MVFund) is an important part of the School’s operating budget and a mission-critical fundraising effort providing the resources necessary to continuously support an Impact Ready education.

Faculty recruitment and retention, innovative classrooms, dynamic arts programs, exceptional athletics, IDEA and well-being initiatives, financial assistance, professional development, maintaining our beautiful campus and so much more are all funded with support from the MVFund.

Our goal is 100% participation to support 100% of Mount Vernon students! We ask every member of our community to make a personally meaningful contribution.

For a Brighter Future: Let’s Do This

Let’s Do This will reshape the Mount Vernon experience and nurture excellence across all dimensions of our educational journey placing an emphasis on health and well-being.

Georgia Goal

These funds stretch the financial assistance funds provided by the School and have a direct impact on our families.
