Vicky VanHout

Vicky is a native Michigander who moved to her dream home of Seattle in 2017 after she fell in love with the city as a teenager. She is a proud alumna of Central Michigan University's School of Broadcast and Cinematic Arts, where she first began her career in radio at student-operated WMHW. Previously, Vicky worked in commercial radio traffic at Hubbard Broadcasting for four years. She has a passion for curiosity, integrity, and education. Outside of KUOW, Vicky enjoys exploring the Puget Sound region, playing video games, buying too many books, and watching campy mystery shows.
