Homeless man hospitalized after being stabbed in the neck during fight

SAN ANTONIO - A homeless man was hospitalized after being stabbed in the neck in front of a Downtown pharmacy.

The incident occurred just after 10 p.m. Monday in front of a Walgreen's on East Houston Street near Navarro Street.

Police say two men got into a fight leading up to the stabbing.

The suspect is in custody and the victim is in stable condition.
