Cara Delevingne Reveals She First Got Drunk At 8 Years Old
Cara Delevingne opened up about her struggles with substance abuse, recalling getting drunk at just eight years old. During a Sunday Times interview, the ‘Suicide Squad’ star recalled her aunt’s wedding when she was a child, saying, “I got drunk that day” and “what a crazy age to get drunk.” Delevingne went sober in 2022 after paparazzi photos captured her acting erratically following the Burning Man festival. The actor revealed, “I used to think drinks and alcohol helped me cope,” and that since going sober, she’s gotten her “power back.” Delevingne mentioned that if she wasn't sober, she would have turned to substance abuse to cope with the fire that burned down her LA mansion. The ‘Only Murders In The Building’ star also revealed, that after going through a 12-step treatment program, she plans to remove all her tattoos as a “fresh start.”
