24/7 EMERGENCY TOWING

General FAQ

Yes! We offer towing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our phone representatives work around the clock to answer calls from people, who find themselves stranded on the side of the road or in a vacant parking lot. Our goal is to provide expedient towing services all hours of the day and night. Our 24/7 towing and repair services were specifically designed for people, who travel long or short distances day or night. Just remember that you can count on your team to get you to a safe place until your vehicle can be repaired.

When some people experience a vehicle malfunction, they are not familiar with the location. So, they will not know the precise location of a tow truck service or garage. As a long-term business in the towing industry we understand this, which is why we do not expect our customers to be knowledgeable on this information. All you need to do is contact Towing Less, our representatives and we will take care of the rest. All you need to do is provide us with your precise location and we will determine if the tow requires non-local or local service.

Yes, we provide both light and medium towing services. The difference in the two is the size and weight of the vehicle being towed. Vehicles that weigh between 10,000 to 25,000 pounds are considered a medium-sized vehicle, which will require medium-duty towing. Vehicles weighing less than 5,000 pounds will be towed as a light-duty vehicle. Of course, the size will also determine the price of the towing service, so if you own a medium-sized vehicle, you should expect to pay more. This is general with all towing companies. Truly, there isn’t much that we cannot do.

It is not unusual for the city to have a vehicle towed that is parked in an illegal or unsafe area. When this occurs, the vehicle will be impounded and taken to a lot, where the driver must pay towing and other fees to reclaim the vehicle. If you find yourself in this situation, you will need to provide the impound lot workers with your driver’s license, proof of insurance and deed to the vehicle. All of these documents must be current, before the clerk will allow you to remove your vehicle from the impound lot.

Heavy-duty towing basically refers to commercial vehicles, such as 18-wheelers and freight trucks. When a heavy-duty vehicle needs to be towed, the process will require a crane or some other form of equipment to lift the vehicle up, as well as the items stored on the vehicle. To avoid paying expensive heavy-duty towing, most trucking and freight companies will choose to have the vehicle repaired on the spot. An automotive technician will be deployed to the stranded vehicle with the necessary equipment and replacement parts to make the repairs. The vehicle will not be moved unless it is located in an unsafe location.
