What Are Decider Classics?

While the Decider team is very excited about the upcoming Fall TV season, eagerly anticipating new series as well as the return of our favorites, we can’t help but look back at some of the great TV shows that aired years ago. These series all had major influences on what’s on TV today. To celebrate some of the greatest episodes of television history, we bring you Decider Classics: an appreciation of stand-alone episodes of our favorite shows that are perfect little nuggets of television that are available to stream on various platforms — Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, iTunes, Hulu, and so on.

You’ll find a wide variety of shows in this series, including classic episodes of Cheers and Friends, the brutal Red Wedding from Game of Thrones, and even the epic dinner party from hell on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. We believe all of these are great episodes, and we’re eager to tell you why.

Below, you’ll find a sampling of some of our favorite Decider Classics, and you can find a complete list of Decider Classics here.
