Awesome little house
This is a great little house .I ordered this for my cat though not a dog . It is labeled as small and it is i'm not sure why people are shocked when they order a small house and indeed a small house is delivered.. I needed something for outside and this fit the bill. I looked at other similar houses on amazon under cat houses but i'm glad i typed in dog as well because low and behold this little beauty showed up.. the cedar smells awesome and the price was right and it is really smooth and it is solid and steady and very easy to assemble it took about 20 min. but if you have a power screwdriver it would be put together in a snap .just need to find pads to fit now.. cats have checked it out but havent used it yet its only been 1 day.i'm hoping its because i havent put it outside yet and they have other towers and such inside that are preferred right now. its so adorable i'm happy with this purchase. average size couch / cushion behind it for size reference sorry no cat though. just updated this 7/30/16 my cat loves it .it is located outside under a covered porch!!

I usually like putting together furniture and such. I didn’t think this one was going to be as difficult as it was. I figured it’s small and not a lot to it so it wouldn’t take too long. Definitely not. The directions weren’t very clear, parts aren’t labeled, the screws are, but not the actual parts. It’s way smaller than the picture gives it credit for. I don’t think the terrace would be great for a dog seeing as the screws don’t actually go in that far. The floor is solid so that’s a plus, as is the roof. Definitely more of a decoration or squirrel feeder than a dog house. Would be returning if it didn’t cost as much to return it as I paid for it.

We love our new pet house! We bought it for our hefty cat who needed a sturdy structure. His cat bed fits comfortably in the top deck. It was fairly easy to assemble, but I recommend you have another set of hands to hold things in place. Our drill made the assembly a snap. It took a few days for the cat to recognize his new house, but he sleeps in it all the time now when he is outside. The cedar wood smells so good and the design is very attractive. It is a welcome addition to our patio.

So I purchased this for my rabbit. As anyone knows rabbits like to chew. Rabbits cannot chew on Cedar and I looked all over the review for this product to find out if it wasn't facts heater or what it was made from. Other people on there said it was fine for their cats to chew on so I bought it thinking it would be fine for my rabbit. When I received it just from the smell coming out of the box, I knew that it was Cedar. I ended up not being able to give it to my rabbits to use and instead gifted it to my mother for several of her smaller dogs. I would have had to pay to ship it back which would have been ridiculous to me so my mother gave me some money to reimburse me for the cost of purchasing the item.
