I follow Hannah on Instagram for the pretty pics, but this book made me really admire her. Her voice is so warm and inviting in this book, like having a real conversation with her and what she has learned about wellness, and it’s made me reconsider how I have been approaching my life. This book has a great generalist approach to health - a little bit of everything to get you thinking about your health. Some of the tonics were a bit ridiculous, admittedly, and I will also admit to dropping some clams on adaptogens but it was something I had never considered before. Do what feels food! Do it, or don’t. Just consider maybe she has seen something you haven’t. That’s the point! Try something new, because whatever you’ve been doing all along might not be working. The hydration part was a wake up call - thanks, Hannah, I needed that tough love. My approach has always been to slap some makeup on and pretend there isn’t anything wrong, but she made me think about what is going on internally. It’s a beautiful book - the typeface, the photos, and organized. A good “new year, new you”. It gave me a few moments of me time to read everyday, as a busy mom, I needed a respite.

I cannot day enough good things about this book! I have already made a few of her recipes from this book and it’s helped me to switch up my normal meals! Not only does she talk about health from the inside, but also beauty habits that will help you feel good! I also love learning about Hannah! I’ve recommended this book to friends and family! Definitely give it a go if you’re thinking about it!

This is a really uplifting book filled with tasty recipes and encouraging words to help you seek out healthy lifestyle choices that work in your own life. I knocked off 1 star simply due to the high usage of very expensive herbs/adaptogens in the recipes that are a bit difficult to source and not in the budget for a lot of people but the content was great and makes you want to be cool enough to be friends with Hannah.

I read this book and was just blown away! I absolutely loved it. So thoughtful, full of great tips and full of great energy from the author. I must have given it to at least 5 of my friends already!

I've followed Hannah for years and always look forward to her content. I learn so much from her and this book is a tangible way of incorporating her lifestyle to my every day life to Feel Good.
